Using the platform

Autolink X is a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of vehicles. We are not a party to any sale and do not own, inspect or warrant the vehicles listed.

Listings

• Sellers must provide accurate, lawful and non-misleading information.
• Paid listings are subject to the prices shown at checkout.
• We may remove or suspend listings or accounts that breach these terms.

Buyer responsibilities

Always verify a vehicle and seller before paying. Never send deposits before viewing. See our buyer safety guidance on each listing.

Payments

Listing fees and upgrades are payable in advance and are non-refundable once a listing is published, except where required by law.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for transactions between users. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for fraud).
